★ To Access the building, amenities, and the apartment, guests will need to download the Latch app by Latch Inc which will be used to provide guest with digital keys. You must provide your email address at time of booking to receive an invite.🔑 📲

★ Guests will be able to access the whole apartment including the balcony and laundry closet as well as all of the communal areas (lounges, library, gym, pool, courtyard, grills, etc.). The assigned parking garage spot can be requested through your boarding pass after booking for $30/night. Extra cars can park in the guest parking section of our Priority Parking Garage. These spaces are hourly, so you can pay for the space at the pay station near the lobby entrance for $40/night Please note that other local lots charge between $50-$60 per day.
