Despite being so close to all the action, the space was surprisingly quiet and private, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The unit itself was spotless—very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up. It felt like a true home away from home. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how comfortable the space was. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Nashville. “If you’re heading to Dallas, book this stay ASAP. We originally wanted another spot, but after stepping into Susanna’s townhome, we realized we seriously lucked out. The location is unbeatable, minutes from downtown. We grabbed dinner at Kenny Wood Fire and Grill, and our entire group went wild over how good it was! The space? STUNNING. High ceilings, emerald walls with gold accents, a modern marble kitchen, and a rooftop view of downtown that’s next-level. The security gates made us feel super safe, and the space is both cozy and luxurious—perfect mood lighting, but plenty of natural light too. And Susanna? A+ host! Super responsive and helpful. Our only complaint? The photos don’t do this place justice. It’s even better in person! If it’s available, don’t hesitate—book it. 🌟”

The large, clean rooms made our stay incredibly comfortable, easily accommodating the two of us, with plenty of space for 4+ people. The location is fantastic, situated centrally with everything we needed within a 10-15 minute drive. While the immediate area doesn’t have much in terms of walkability, there is a great bar within walking distance, which was a nice touch for a casual evening out.
